Through Tapping you literally tap into energy pathways, uncover restrictions and support the body/mind to relax and be more receptive to shifts in awareness. Beliefs that are below the conscious level, feelings, and thoughts can surface. When this is followed by a breathing session we are more easily able to integrate and anchor insights and experiences.
